We process personal data only to run the booking service and protect it in line with applicable law.
1. Data we collect
Name, e-mail, password (as an irreversible hash), optional profile photo, booking data and reviews. We never collect or store card details — payments are handled by the payment provider.
2. Why we use it
Processing and supporting bookings, status emails (created, paid, cancelled, review request), password recovery, support and fraud prevention.
3. Cookies
Only technical cookies are used: session tokens for sign-in and your theme preference. No advertising cookies.
4. Who we share with
The property — data needed for check-in; the payment provider (e.g. Stripe) — for payment; the email service (e.g. Resend) — for letters; Google Maps — for maps. Data is never sold to third parties.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored in a protected database with restricted access. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; recovery tokens are single-use and time-limited.
6. Your rights
You can edit your profile in the account area and request an export or deletion of your account at [email protected].
