Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation fair and simple: plans change, and cancelling should be as easy as booking.
1. Free cancellation
Unless a rate states otherwise, a booking can be cancelled free of charge until 23:59 on the day before check-in, in the Trips section.
2. How to cancel
Open Trips, find the booking and press Cancel. A cancellation confirmation email is sent immediately.
3. Refunds
If the booking was paid, the amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank-dependent).
4. Non-refundable rates
Some discounted rates may be non-refundable — always stated before payment. Such bookings are not refunded, though the property may accommodate you — contact support.
5. No-show
For a no-show without cancellation the property may charge the first night or the full amount according to the rate.
