These terms govern the use of rentotels.com and its online booking services. By creating an account or booking a stay you accept these terms.
1. The service
rentotels is an online booking platform: we display offers from hotels and property owners and pass your booking to them. The accommodation contract is concluded between you and the property.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after successful payment. The final price is shown before payment and includes the listed taxes and fees. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we do not store card details.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation rules are stated per rate and in the Cancellation policy. Unless stated otherwise, free cancellation applies until the check-in date.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or show signs of fraud.
5. Reviews
Only guests with a completed stay can leave a review. Abuse, advertising and knowingly false statements are prohibited and will be removed.
6. Liability
We strive for accuracy but are not liable for the acts of accommodation providers. The platform’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant booking unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then by the competent court at the platform operator’s registered seat.
